I have one of those big packages of ground beef. Debating making it all into taco filling, or splitting it to do some mom-style spaghetti sauce too. Need to do something tomorrow, whatever I decide!

Haha, honestly so am I. Meatballs, I can get behind. But meatloaf has never apppealed to me. (If I'm honest, ground beef itself largely grosses me out, but at least the limited ways I can stand it are large-batch-freeze-able.)

Don't want to get on you but don't buy those. You never know what's in them. Find a local place that grinds their own. Sure it's more expensive but it's tons better and tons safer.

Sigh. You didn't want to get on me, but you powered through anyway. I work in foodservice, I know exactly what the deal is. Also, I didn't buy this, it was delivered to me with an order, in error. My choices are use it or waste it. I'm not choosing waste.

I do like cabbage rolls, but they serve those a lot at work and I plan to make big batches and freeze some to put it back.

Lasagne, still use ricotta but instead of using mozzarella use the habanero or “mexican” ready grated cheese you can find in supermarkets, gives it more of a kick.
