His presence would certainly influence me. I’d be infuriated that he was simping in a courtroom instead of doing his job in D C.

PREACH! I didn't think of it this way. I was initially just pissed that he would be there to intimidate or sway the jury, but now that I think about it, it might be more detrimental because they can SEE with their own eyes that Mike Johnson is NOT the People's Speaker.
