There has to be a way to bail the bank’s customers out while not bailing out the actual bankers. They should bear the burden for their behaviors. The customers should not. They certainly should not be allowed to engage in banking or banking like efforts again.

At least their emphasis on making citizens whole and holding bankers criminally liable seem repeatable here with little to no difficulty. We should enact this approach moving forward and in terms of the accountability for bankers, retrospectively.
