There's an app called Yubico Authenticator which I use. It works as a replacement for Google Authenticator and such, but the secrets are stored on your YubiKey and not on your phone/computer. 👍

Yes, it's fine. All these apps are pretty much interchangeable, as they use the same algorithm to generate the one-time password. I set up 2FA with Spoutible using Yubico Authenticator today, it works.
