So I've made the Andes mint cookies. I plan to make a Guinness chocolate cake with Irish cream filling & whiskey-chocolate ganache. But I really want to make an Italian tri-color cake with swiss meringue frosting. I've lost my damn mind.

🤣🤣🤣 The SO is a little reluctant to give up his spot, but I will have an opening once he heads back to Alaska for work this summer!

Summer works for me - I can give you up to the end of August when I have to go sample the dishes at a family reunion. (It's where I hone my guinea pig skills each year - best training around! 🤤)

I *knew* this was gonna be my year! 😊
