Good question... I will research that and let you know the answer tomorrow. I was surprised that they are able to regenerate their legs over time. I'll circle back to you on the answer.

Yes, centipedes regenerate other appendages:
- antennae (1 pair, for sensory perception
- mandibles (2 pairs, for feeding)
- maxillae (2 pairs, for manipulating food)
- gonopods (modified legs of males, for reproduction).

😂 Yep, who knew indeed! Glad you made me search for that. It's amazing the things we uncover by just following the lead on the proverbs. I'll be on the lookout for a centipede in the process of getting a replacement appendage.
