I went back on WW because I gained most of my weight back. I was wondering why I was lethargic. Added up my food in my fitness pal , and now I know. Not nearly enough calories!! The point system is convenient, but it’s too easy not to get your calories. They assign high points for silly reasons!😭

My Fitness Pal app is great for setting weight loss goals, tracking nutrients, and syncing with smart watches to add in calories burned from exercise. I just realized today that Im not getting enough protein.

Yes, it has a lot of tools to help on your journey. Only thing is it sets my caloric intake too low for my current weight. I have to work around that.

Agree! It seems odd to eat more to lose weight but be in a caloric deficit. 😤
