Sure could use all successful ways people motivate themselves to roll out of bed and get to the gym (especially on rainy days).

I have a friend who is a runner. Her strategy for running when she doesn't quite feel up to it is: "I'll just do 15 minutes. If I'm still not into it I'll skip today." Last time I checked she had yet to skip a run.
