I failed today.
I did a 3 mile walk; situps; two hours of Kung Fu. But I was supposed to do upper body weight training too. I didn't because I was spent.
I know it is an excuse. I'll hit the weights tomorrow.

Thank you. But I've been on this schedule for so long, I can't remember when I didn't have it to finish. But I'm just spent today.
