Of course there's no way to know when someone is traveling to get an abortion. This is a ban on traveling while pregnant/female. Which will also be useful for keeping abused women under the control of their owners... sorry, "husbands".

Does the constitution explicitly say that women have a right to travel between states for any reason? If not, then they can restrict us from travelling between states for any reason. The Supreme court will definitely side with them.
