In Other News: A large trial showed that a single injection of a patient’s own stem cells into their heart was able to reduce inflammation and risk of heart attack and stroke by 58% if they had heart failure.

Sooo, inflammation is a significant contributing factor to heart attacks then? So if people stopped eating all the flour, rice, pasta and sugar that causes inflammation, then they’d be less likely to have a heart attack. Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit.

But, would it be wheat flour/pasta from other countries who don’t allow many of the herbicides/pesticides that ‘merica does? Or just what is grown in ‘merica?! Sugar? Food corps survive on sugars….

A spoonful of ground flour has a higher glycemic index than a spoonful of sugar. Grain products cause inflammation as does sugar. Heart disease is a result of inflammation and reducing inflammation dramatically reduces chance of a heart attack. The food pyramid is killing people.

Didn’t know bout spoonful compared. US grows hard wheat, euro grows mostly soft. Not all grains are inflammatory. Lectins worry me more. Whole grains have benefit, moderation is key. Herbicides/pesticides/depleted earth worries me more also… processed foods are the worse.
