i think these facts are true but sure would love to move away from 'super foods' and such. Leads to faddish thinking and magical thinking in my opinion.

Great point and I agree! Easy change to make, also that is why there are no 'bad' foods or 'good' food or 'yes' and 'no' foods on Nutrivore, just food and nutrient facts.
