I don't agree with this take. Bragg brought the strongest case he could to get a felony indictment. He brought a winnable case and NY was never going to be the one. Georgia and DOJ cases are the strongest for real jail time. The NY case just gets the ball rolling.

4 years of waiting and this is what we get, what a fucking joke.

A Class E Felony (What all these counts are) carries a fine of UP TO $3,000 per count, and up to a year in jail.

No one is going to jail here, and lets say he gets the MAXIMUM fine, he is looking at a whopping $102,000 fine.
