About 75% of the funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (only 15% of the total budget is from government subsidies, so 75% of 15%) goes to public television, while 25% of that goes to public radio, such as NPR.

The rest is from Corporations and donations.

NPR/PBS **SHOULD BE** wholly financed by We the People to fulfill their original intent of being unbiased non-partisan sources of news/information.

But Conservatives hate that idea so NPR/PBS must rely on Corporate donations and the original intent is compromised.
