My gf and I both put on a lot of weight over the last few years. We recently started making all our meals at home. Cutting back a little on portion sizes and eating healthier snacks is the next step. We always seem to go off course after a few months so we are coming up with a plan to avoid that.

Always😝. Seriously-I am working on losing my Covid isolation weight and back with my trainer who makes me hate him for 2 hrs a week 😂😂😊

Definitely the get healthy part. I have a laundry list of medical issues stacking up on me now that I'm on the shady side of my 50s.

Eating right and exercising turns out to be great advice after all, especially when you're not a high metabolism young thing anymore. 😭
