No algorithm, so hashtags are essentials. So you could use #nfl and #Football , for example.

The explore tap is great to find people and hashtags as well.

Welcome!

Tip: If you go to Explore (compass icon) and click on People, you can search by keyword (i.e. football, NFL, journalists, business owner, comics, etc). Anyone with those keywords in their bio will come up. Great way to find your tribe.

Here's a trick - find someone who you share interests with and see who they follow. Then, from their list, find someone and do the same. You can snowball a decent collection of your speeps, this way. Your follows will drive your timeline. Explore can help enrich it, too.

Not trying to be a know it al, but I thought I had read somewhere that #Spoutible doesn't use an algorithm the way the bird site does, can anyone confirm? I hate to be relaying bad information!

The best way to find your people is to post the content you want to see and use hashtags.

Also, be sure to check out "Explore" (it's that compass on smaller screens) It shows every spout from everyone, as they happen and is handy for finding interesting accounts to follow or to see what's happeni

You’re better off using hashtags or plugging those terms into the search bar to find others using them so you can find people to follow

You need to hashtag those topics to find your tribe on here.
