I wonder if TN voters can ban together and bring some kind of lawsuit over this? How can elected leaders be expelled by their opponents?

Expulsion is an important part of our process. It allows for the removal of elected officials in btwn election cycles presumably for egregious behavior eg, insurrection, treason, conviction of crime. The process was grievously abused in TN.

I understand expulsion for serious crimes like sexual misconduct, fraud and bribery, but for disrupting a session? Definitely a "grievous abuse" in this case particularly when these young men were pushing for a solution to children being killed in schools. The punishment does not fit the *crime.*
