When someone says something is not to be questioned. you should get clear of that person as quickly as you can. The 2nd Amendment is in need of a re-write given today's environment.

Imagine writing a law in 2023, with only 27 words, to regulate weapons built in 2255, despite obviously having 0 knowledge of tech 232 years in the future.

That's how absurd it sounds when people today claim a 1791 Amendment encompasses all weapons in 2023 and cannot be questioned in any capacity

When I visit my brother in 🇺🇸 I’m struck by the abundant constitutional experts in their constitution t-shirts who have no understanding of what a “living document” is. The whole concept of amendments. Just blind faith that humans, planned for everything, every eventuality, 200+ years ago 🤷‍♂️
