So… I started working out a month ago. Everyday. Haven’t missed a day. It’s been HARD, exhausting, but life changing. I feel my endurance building up, and getting stronger. Proud would be an understatement.

Amazing! I started years ago with writing my workouts down on a calendar to keep me honest. I try to exercise 6 days a week and give myself 1 day off for rest. Keep it up!
