Instead they made him a training officer, so all the cops coming in would know how to be a proper racist & violent thug for MPD.

We should bring a lawsuit against the feds for using our tax dollars to pay for bad cops through their qualified immunity law. I should not have to pay for this shit.

Class action against them. I don't think until the lawsuits happen do they make changes. Obviously they sued the City Council, tax payer money there, and would assume the council funds the department. But that's the peoples' money.
