If your company is doing well, ALL employees should do well not just the folks at the top. CEO salaries should be capped at around 5x what the lowest paid employee makes.

I agree in principal though 5x is not realistic. If the lowest employee makes $25,000 a year… that would mean the CEO makes $125k which is unrealistic. I am not against building wealth. I am against building crushing wealth that debilitated the lower 90% of the population.

Yea, that's a bit low. I thought I was basing it on income disparity for CEOs vs Employees in Japan, but I misunderstood my source. Anyhow, here's an article about that:
