So glad this man stepped in.
Knowing my son had been shot while running an errand for me, then knowing he had to ask THREE different neighbors for help… I can’t put it into words.

This man and the other who helped should be recognized big time. They stepped up when others stepped back.

Using threaded spout to clarify this post since it’s WAY too late to edit.
Looking back, the post looks ambiguous. It can give the impression I’m the mother to this sweet boy. I’m not. I was thinking of how I would feel if it was my son.
This happened minutes from my house and I’m still rattled.

Wow...soon we'll all be living minutes from where a shooting took place. It's inevitable.

Sadly. I’m still holding out hope that enough people will get fed up with this and say no more and vote out the people passing the laws that make this so easy. I don’t know that we even have a minimum age for carrying a gun here anymore. 1/2

2/2 And just last night-ish the MO leg was talking about FORCING every place -EVEN CHURCHES- to let the guns in. Our 20yr R supermajority does not believe in freedom. They believe in control cloaked in righteousness. But they twist it for their purposes.
