Help! We found a 4-5mo old kitten outside & he still has his troublepuffs. He ran up meowing and wanting pettins, but we don't know if he's someone's pet. I want to take him in to check for a microchip, but we leave tomorrow for a week vacation.

Do we grab the little booger now or wait a week?

How much have you got left to do before you leave? If you have a few spare hours, take the little guy in. If not, do it when you come back.

IMO, we would DEFINITELY have time to take him in, but then we're gone for a week & he'd be locked away (we have 3 other cats & a dog) until we get back to start introductions. If I see him again, at the very least I'd like him checked for a microchip, fleas, etc. He's such a cutie!
