Absolutely crazy. Today the Texas Senate passed a bill to force every public school classroom in the state to prominently display a copy of the Ten Commandments.

They also passed a bill to set prayer and bible reading times during the school day.

This is blatantly, utterly Unconstitutional, effectively the establishment of a state religion. And I fully expect the current SCOTUS will uphold it.

Separation of church and state?
I feel sad for the children who follow other faiths, rather than feel welcomed at school and have conversations and lessons inclusive of other religions, this is yet another us vs them example.
