Guns could only fire one round per minute at the time the Second Amendment was written. They can now fire over a hundred. Over time, guns have changed. So should our gun laws.

Sounds like if SCOTUS wants to base law on “history”, limiting guns to one round per minute would be a good start.

We often say it at home. 1. The founding fathers created the constitution to be updated over time. 2. If all these people who blanket themselves with the second amendment only want to own muskets, have at it. The FF never could have predicted this.
