7-2 decision on mifepristone stay is a VERY good sign that the Supreme Court is leaning toward blocking the extremist attempts to block access to the pill and to replace the FDA's medical decisions with judges' personal biases.

Though with this SCOTUS, you never know.

I don’t feel very confident. We will have to wait and see.

Alito suggesting the President would ignore a court ruling is very dangerous.

I'm not convinced THEY aren't the Extremists just biding their time before unleashing more dismantling of basic human rights.

Yeah, let's not put our faith in this Republican controlled Supreme Court. Remember these are the same Justices who lied just enough to get confirmed.

It's only a good sign they know they'd better start acting serious about their jobs.
Let's see how long they can keep it up.

oh they are ITCHING to ban it. But it has to be under an arguable legal argument. The one presented was not.

had they tried to do it thru the comstock act they just might have succeeded.

good thing conservatives are shit for arguments and facts
