I recommend people loosen their criteria for echos.
We cannot grow our connections if we only 'like' each others spouts without amplifying them (echo).

I try to say and contribute something when I echo a post. Its not 100%, but if you only echo posts, its hard for people to get a feel for your personality and decide if you're worth following or not. Even if you're established on other platforms, people here might not see your content re

You can (should?) do both, since the "Like" goes back to the spouter & the "Echo" goes out to the community
