Saturday is #IndependentBookstoreDay

My favorite indie bookstore is Powell's City of Books in Portland, OR. What's yours?

Mine is Drury Lane Books in Grand Marais, Minnesota. It's so small and cute, but they have a great selection. And you just feel so welcome! They keep the door open in summer so you feel the breeze from the lake. And every time we go there for vacation we always have to stop and get a book. Love it!

Ill definitely go buy some books from the independent book store I've been going to for almost 20 years, even though most books go on my Kindle these days. They're kind enough to bring in new authors just because they think I'll enjoy them. With that kind is service, they still deserve my business!
