Honey and pepper and roses en déshabillé

My point may not have been clear.

VOTE BLUE is only the ***LAST*** step.

We have to research, vote in primaries, participate at the local, regional, state level. Communicate with candidates/incumbents. We have to advocate.

Voting is worth nothing if a victor turns their coat on us.

We have to vote in ALL the races, not just top-ballot ones.

We have to communicate with our reps.

It goes well beyond voting blue.

We have to WORK.

Not 100 percent. An asshole like Manchin is still a net plus if we retain control of the Senate. Not all races have a really good choice.

This is my point, and why we need to vet and be active long before the ballot.

Yup. And hopefully more voters will start to realize that the off-year elections that funnel right wing judges and prosecutors into power are every bit as important.

Manchin is in a class by himself, he does vote with Democrats mostly until he sees a chance to get his name in the news. Disgusting

Yep, see what happened in NC. We had a flipper just hand a super majority to the Republicans. Vet your Dems as much as you would anyone else. There are rats painting themselves blue all over.
