Well, some of my health issues may be answered now. Just got the call - I have sleep apnea. One of the big signs per the specialist is waking up, puffing out like I was holding my breath. I've been doing that & snoring for YEARS. I hate that I have to wait weeks now for a machine.

If you are able -talking while walking helps strengthen lungs. Helps reduce effects of sleep apnea along with the cpac machine. Kundalini Yogic breathing does too. Heal well.

Holy mackerel - bc of asthma, allergies, I can't remember the last time I could walk and talk at the same time (walking at a brisk pace anyway). I'll try building up to that now that the plantar fasciitis is improving. I'm a mess! LOL!

There are now free kundalini breath courses (in a chair- I find I love these for my mobility issues/fibro nerve pain)available on aol lifestyle…they are tagged under seniors, but we all should start slowly and check with our own drs before starting any new exercises. #iamnotadr Heal Well 🤗
