That Teixeira tapped into vast amounts of sensitive information & shared to 600 members within 48 hours of the Russian invasion of Ukraine: “far exceeds" public disclosure.

How was this man, who has a “troubling” history & propensity for violence, able to obtain security clearance?

How in the world did he get in the USAF to begin with? If he was showing racist and violent tendencies in high school, he should have never passed any background check.

It is the burning question, isn't it? How in hell did he acquire security clearance with his highly "troubled" background? Also, the fact that he released this massive amt of intelligence just 48 hrs after RU invasion of Ukraine to over 600 people? Heads will roll .. and betting not just his.

Pretty sure he's still going to face military discipline in the USAF after the gov't. gets done with him. Might be as simple as a dishonorable discharge, but I'd bet he gets a court martial and some serious time in Leavenworth. He'll be very lucky if 25 years is all he has to worry about.

Agree. I believe the article said re the 25 years .. "potentially far more". Let's hope so. 🤞

Teixeira's behavior was "so disturbing" it was flagged by local police.

It's fair to question why & how he got a security clearance, and why military members' social posts aren't more rigidly monitored.

“The job I have lets me get privileges above most intel guys,” he wrote.
