Please echo this x 100 if you want to start a movement for all Spoutible users to deactivate their Twitter accounts to speed up the downfall of Twitter!

To be honest, I kind of need Twitter as a social outlet. Until another platform gains critical mass, I'm gonna be on the bird site.

It's recommended that you not delete dead bird accounts

Only delete as much data as possible, then go dormant

This is to prevent reuse of your handle by imposters

(avoid becoming a reanimated zombie acct under control of some scammer, esp when that's entirely unmanaged there)

I stripped mine down to almost no followers, I'm not tweeting/liking anymore and I only logged in once yesterday-weening myself off. I have one of the oldest Twitter accounts that exists. I wont log in today at all - I'm only there for sports now, until Spoutible gets more active with sports.
