Do you support expanding the Supreme Court to 13 seats?

Needs more than that:

Term limits staggered starts, limit is a prime number (e.g., 17yrs) so that they end in different administrations and almost never align

Real rules about filling seats, e.g, if Senate does not vote within 90days, POTUS appointment is seated

Real rules with teeth about ethics

Given that lifetime SCOTUS appointment is hardcoded into the Constitution, do you believe that in the current climate, an amendment to change that could pass in 37 states?

Considering that the ERA still hasn't passed in decades, it is an unlikely and very large lift.

Doesn't mean we shouldn't think about it...

Indeed. The Senate had a vote yesterday to eliminate the seven year restriction on the ERA's approval and move it forward finally. I doubt the House will follow suit at this point, but there is hope. WRT SCOTUS, I think the 2024 election will better tell us what is possible.

I just saw a post that the Senate vote on the ERA failed because some idiot R changed his vote at the last minute claiming that it was "constitutionally incorrect", which, if I'm not mistaken, was the entire point of passing it as an amendment in the first place. 🤦🏻
