Late lunch of saffron milk caps/red pine mushrooms (Lactarius deliciosus) on toast. Mushrooms cooked in olive oil and crushed garlic, finished off with a knob of butter, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt plus a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Simple but delicious. #SpoutibleCooks
