Ok, we can't be too attractive, too unattractive, or overweight, or a minority. The amount of biases against women & particularly minority women is almost insurmountable despite the level of expertise & experience. Remember the total # of women CEOs just surpassed the # of CEOs named John.

Study after study shows women seen as overweight or obese often earn less at the workplace, an unfair bias that's been hard to reverse. However, men don't seem to face that penalty.
