Hi! I’m new to spouting. How do I find people?

You'll find the best way is to follow people. There's no algorithm here, so you can follow as many as you like without worrying about the stupid ratio thing that the dead bird site had.
You may find that not following many may cause you not get followers because here people actually interact.

Explore and hashtags seem to work for me.

Search for people by name/handle - look for the magnifying glass (top right if you're on a pc, not sure if you're on a phone). Also, check out what's going on across the whole of Spoutible by clicking on "Explore" (the little compass, at left) Follow whoever you want, spout, echo, enjoy!

Hi! On your toolbar is a compass icon. That’s the explore tab. There you can search verified from Tweeter accounts, search for names you know, and see the full rolling thread of all spouts as they happen to fund accounts to follow. Good luck!
