I have spent years developing my own coping skills through DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) & am happy to be sharing the wisdom I’ve gained through this form of therapy. DBT was developed to help those living with PTSD & Mood Disorders & I’ve found it very helpful during major depressive episodes.
