seriously?!?!
when my daughter was about 16, she asked me why should young people bother voting. i told her that the old folks will vote every time, vote in shitty policy and then die before it affects them. while she is stuck with it for decades. she registered to vote on her 18th birthday.

It reminds me when all indicators that the economy was recovering during the Obama administration and the only pushback Tea Party clowns was "it doesn't feel like it's recovering."

I am reminding my 30yo and 24yo that their votes are crucial. And the votes of people in their generations. That's why conservative politicians are trying to make it harder for them to vote.
AND attempts to sway voters with progressive third party candidates is also fueled by conservative money.
