For those wondering what "Normal 0%" means on Spoutible profiles, here's the short version from Bot Sentinel:

"We rate accounts based on a scoring system from 0% to 100%, the higher the score the more likely the account is engaging in nefarious activities."

Maybe we should ask them to change that to a decreasing percentage... So that it starts at like "100% Normal" and then goes down as the user becomes more abnormal...?

I can understand people getting confused by that. I look at things upsidedown and backwards with no trouble, so it's all the same to me. 😉
