Honestly, I think the primary trauma is from people routinely killing bunches of students and teachers with high-power guns.

And The Hill translates our desperate scrambling to limit the death count as "safety drills." Lordy.

Learning martial arts for example empowers women n children.
At this time of climate change disasters & gun violence articles, media, n communities/families need to focus on Solutions

I don't think keeping kids from these drills is the answer. Unfortunately, this is the reality of living in the US.

We had an unannounced one here in Michigan two weeks ago at youth mental health facility! Needless to say we're still dealing with the trauma from that one! No clue what they were thinking,.. Possible lawsuits against the city, county and state coming!
