I’m really trying to focus more on meeting protein goals w/o too much fat (no keto for me!), more veggies, intuitive eating - NOT denying foods or labeling them “good” or “bad”. Food is fuel and I enjoy it. So tomorrow I’m sharing a slice of cheesecake w/ the hubs and just planning it into my day.
