U.S. citizens abroad - once you submit your ballot request (FPCA), confirm with your Local Election Official that it is purrrfectly in order. Then you'll be able to vote in all eligible 2023 elections. Go to https://bit.ly/3HZGtef

Vote From Abroad
A
thread 2/2
While there are no Federal or Statewide elections currently scheduled this year in Texas, we do recommend that US citizens abroad send in the FPCA every year, just to be ready just in case of a special election. Texas voters do need to submit a FPCA ever year they want to vote in.

I'm in Mexico. There is nothing to vote for in my district this year. Do I have to fill out all that paperwork every time I vote? You know, the copy of my Id and such that hasn't and won't change?

I am sorry that I have not responded sooner. May I ask what state you vote in? The short answer is that you do need to submit a new FPCA every year you want to vote. More info: https://www.votefromabroad...
