First Arkansas, now Iowa. Who's next?
Iowa Gov Reynolds (R) said the bill will help develop a strong work ethic in children and allow them to get ahead in life or save money for college.
I call BS on this. Surely the wages will not put much of a dent in college expenses.

And... As far as a strong work ethic is concerned, children will learn that while still being protected. IMO overworking kids and placing them in dangerous, low paying jobs will have a negative impact on work ethic.
What do you think?

Anti-immigration policies (and the lack of legislation to correct the issues) is impacting the profits of companies that require less desirable labor. Adults don’t want these jobs, so they’re being made ‘available’ for kids from impoverished families. How soon before work is required for graduation.

It serves their agenda well—replacing immigrants, AND decreasing education. These kids will be *lucky* if they can complete HS while struggling thru dangerous jobs like roofing and demolition, working till 2 am then up at 6 for school…

All true. And, no abortions allowed because it would decrease future labor pool?

Yes, anti-immigration is a huge factor.
And on the work requirements for HS graduation, I would rule that out.
