I cannot express how much I did not want to go to the gym today; how much I didn’t want to do my cardio at the end of my workout; how much I didn’t want to take the Roxstar for a walk. But yet again, I asked myself “are you motivated?” “NOPE!” “But are you determined?” “Whatever FINE!”
So I did.

Exactly. You have to listen to your body. I struggle with that because I’m always afraid I’ll lose my momentum

Definitely - it’s totally valid to fear losing that. I feel like I’ve finally found a good rhythm the last 6 months and I definitely don’t want to lose the progress I’ve made, but some days are so much harder.
