How do I pin the spouty whale icon to my phone homescreen? All I managed was an ugly Google S.

On my iPhone I was able to save it by holding my finger on the icon, then choosing “Save to Photos”.

Do have Android? If so:
1. Launch “Chrome” app.
2. Open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.
3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen.
4. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home scr

That gets the default S icon, and there doesn't seem to be any way to change that. Using an app like Shortcut Maker allows you to select an emoji or image to use as the icon.

Thank you. Until they get an app, this is much more convenient than opening Chrome and looking for the bookmark.
