I still don't get why in covid tests the test line says C and the covid line says T...

(Good news is that despite my 1st sore throat in over 3 years, my test was negative...)

The "C" stands for "control". It's a built-in positive control for the assay that should always show a development line when running the test. It's there to ensure the module is functioning correctly.

The "T" stands for "test". It's the area where your sample test results will emerge.
