The almost perfect poached egg on toast.

- Add enough water into a bowl to completely submerge an egg yolk and all.
- Gently, and close to the bowl, crack an egg, help it slip gently into the water.
- Place bowl in microwave. Place a saucer on top of bowl.
- Microwave on high for 35-60 seconds
