A reminder that an N95 respirator is different to a sieve. It is tested at 0.3μm because this is where it performs at its worst. Above and below 0.3μm, it performs even better.

A SARS-CoV-2 virus is 0.1μm in size. If an N95 is rated to filter 95% of 0.3μm sized particles, then it will perform even better still at 0.1μm! Even if you had individual viruses floating around on their own, an N95 will filter them quite nicely.
