If people claiming to be progressive want positive change they should look at polls to see who Black voters support, and vote for that candidate. It's simple. If you are an ally, vote for candidates supported by those you claim to be an ally of. Otherwise it's all performative and paternalistic

This has been my policy since the 2016 primaries. Whoever Black women are voting for, that's who I'm voting for. Period. No exceptions.

I may not see what they see in those candidates (at first), but I know they know what they're talking about, so I listen and get in line.
