It's unconscionable that #verizon FAILED to communicate their fee on legacy plans (and the discontinuation of plans) to customers via email, text, or direct mail -- and it's particularly sinister because they are well aware many people won't notice b/c they use auto-pay to reduce their monthly bill.

Hey #verizon peeps -- you didn't miss it, they failed to communicate.

Check your next #verizon bill. On April 10th, they quietly began charging customers a $2/month fee *PER LINE* for all the plans they retired on 5/18 with the launch of #MyPlan --

In response to Socflyny.
Anyone having problems with Verizon needs to report them to the FTC.

Because Verizon continues to buy up other companies, while not providing competent customer service to the companies they already own.
